Equipping a Generation of Show and Tell
THIS IS WHAT WE EMBRACE
We are a Presence Driven ministry. Our highest personal and corporate aim is to cultivate the Presence of God in and through our lives and those who accompany us.
We are about helping this generation to discover and embrace their Father and true identity as sons and daughters of the Living God.
Someone once said “The greatest tragedy in life is achieving success but having missed your purpose.” Our aim is to help you find the purpose and design for this life.

Equipping a Generation to Transform the image of Christianity
Our ministry is dedicated to equip a faceless generation that God is currently raising up all over the world. A movement that not only proclaims but demonstrates His Kingdom now by manifesting genuine love and authentic supernatural power. It’s being the church inside and outside the four walls of the temple.
Roger arrived to Chile, South America on 1976 for a 10 day short-term mission trip in the midst of dark political turmoil and yet a great sense of spiritual hunger. It was there that God spoke to Roger about remaining behind as the rest of the team returned to the US. Initially he thought he would stay for another three to four months to disciple those who were coming to Christ. Now, more than 40 years have passed and two things have evolved: His permanent home is Chile and discipling about 300 youth in the beginning has now changed to discipling the Youth of a nation.
Two years later, he met Gloria, a beautiful Chilean woman who not only captivated his heart, but shared the same call to ministry and they were married in 1980.
In 1985, while attending a Conference in New Orleans, Roger heard and understood for the first time the message on the Kingdom of God by the founder of the Vineyard Christian Fellowship Movement, John Wimber
In 1990, Roger began to Pastor an already established church in Santiago, Chile and for a brief time, he partnered with former Pastor Phil Strout who today is currently the National Director of the USA Vineyard Churches.
In 1991 this Santiago church became a Vineyard Christian Fellowship.
In 1998, Roger was sent from that very church to plant another Vineyard in the least evangelized area of Chile, middle-upper class region of Santiago.
Today, the Vineyard of Las Condes has four more full time Pastors, has planted five more churches, has sent missionaries to other nations and above all, has and is experiencing the renewing power and Presence of God through Kingdom Ministry. Roger is not only the Senior Pastor of this local church, but also, as a renewal speaker he has spoken in most of the Latin American countries, hundreds of multi-denominational churches and conferences on the subjects of “Lighting and Maintaining the Fire, Identity and Purpose, the Mission, Message and Ministry of the Kingdom of God.”
